  • We at Evergreen Therapeutic Massage are committed to safeguarding and keeping everyone’s health our first priority. Throughout the Covid 19 Public Health Emergency Evergreen Therapeutic Massage has implemented both Colorado required and Massage Therapy Industry best practices for the safety of our patients and therapists. All CDC, OSHA, DORA, State of Colorado, and Jefferson County Mandates, Executive and Public Health Orders requirements to protect your health are in place. We will continue to utilize best practices to ensure your health.


    Thank you for your support in keeping our community healthy. Evergreen Therapeutic Massage treats many immune compromised patients, recovering cancer patients, and other  high risk patients. We ask your understanding and consideration in keeping all patients healthy and safe. If experiencing any symptoms of flu, RSV, or Covid please reschedule. Practitioners will continue to be fully masked with K95/N95 masks.  All practitioners are Fully Covid Vaccinated. Medical Grade HEPA filters are in each treatment room.  Changes in mask policy due to changing case counts or new variants will be posted on the online scheduling page and in the reception area. 

    Appointments and scheduling changes may be managed online at the Evergreen Therapeutic Massage website. Use the green Book Online Now button. A convenient app is now available to download to your phone for quicker booking. After booking your appointment you will receive a pre-appointment Health Update and Communicable Disease Screening Questionnaire.

    Upon arrival for your appointment please have a seat in the waiting room and text to notify us of your arrival. Changes to current mask requirements will be posted in the reception area.

    Please note if you are experiencing the following or you have been around anyone experiencing the following you are asked to wait and schedule 10 days after such time you are feeling well and no longer have these symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

    Disinfection policies: Medical grade Hepa filter machines are filtering the air of 99.9 % of all bacteria and virus in the room during your treatment. The following are disinfected between every appointment: The massage table, all massage supplies and dispensers, all surfaces including door handles. The community bathroom surfaces are also disinfected. All appointments will have a buffer between appointments to allow time for thorough disinfection.

    Use of PPE: Your therapist will continue using full PPE including scrubs, K95/N95 mask.

    We also provide contact-less payment options and online Intake Health Forms for new patients. In addition, your required Health Update and Communicable Disease Screening Questionnaire is contact-less. This is emailed prior to your appointment and must be completed prior to your arrival. We request that forms be completed prior to 6:30 AM for review. Completing after arrival will result in lost time from your treatment.

    As always Evergreen Therapeutic Massage follows State Department of Health standards and requirements in disinfection and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
