  • Kim Fox, BS, LMT, BCTMB

  • Kim Fox offers over 24 years of experience in multiple modalities in therapeutic massage with an emphasis on pain relief and rehabilitative treatments from auto accidents, workplace injuries, or injuries from our favorite sports and activities. Treatments are also offered following orthopedic and surgical procedures. Additional medical massage treatments include lymphatic release to reduce edema following cancer treatments, aroma therapy to de-stress from life's events and aid healing, and prenatal massage to ease the body's transition in this exciting phase of new life.  There are also specialized treatments to reduce and eliminate headaches through Neuromuscular techniques.

    Kim Fox has trained with nationally and internationally recognized leaders in the field of massage including Paul St John and David Kent (St Johns Neuromuscular Therapy), Dr Aaron Mattes (AAIS- Active Assisted Isolated Stretching), Dr. George Kousaleos (Core Institute Myofascial Release), David Kent Neuromuscular Treatment of Headaches), James Waslaski and Benny Vaughn (Sports Massage), Erik Dalton (Myoskeletal Alignment), and many others.

    She is licensed in many states and Nationally Board Certified (BCTMB) by the NCBTMB. Additionally she holds a dual BS in Marketing and Management with an emphasis in Health Services.

    Kim's experience ranges from treating 1000,s of auto accident victims to augmenting training regimens for professional athletes of the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox, providing event sports massage for the World In-Line Skating Competition, and performers in the theatre and dance venues including serving as an official therapist for the production Riverdance. She has also supported local non-profits in various communities providing sports massage for participants at MS and Breast Cancer fundraising walk-a-thon and race events.

    Kim knows first hand the effectiveness of massage and other integrative therapies in rehabilitation following auto accidents. It was this experience that led her to pursue the field of medical massage as a second career. "It is so rewarding to see people relieved of pain and all the unfortunate effects it can have on the human body, recover and return to the life and activities they enjoy." Kim has a great love of the outdoors and looks forward to exploring multiple hiking and camping excursions in the Rocky Mountains.
